Last week I compiled a list of my favourite five New York spring/summer 2012 collections and since then I’ve been trying to narrow down the brilliant collections we saw in London down to a top five. I’ve finally managed it, but it was really hard. London may be known for it’s grey weather but the catwalks were full of bright colour and bold prints. Predictably Burberry made my favourite five, but Christopher Kane and Erdem both missed out.
Instead my heart was won over by Mary Katrantzou’s killer collection, Antonio Berardi and Roksanda Ilincic’s red carpet wow-factor and Michael van der Ham’s undeniable cool charm. So here are my London Fashion Week favourite five…
