Remember when Nicki Minaj sat next to Anna Wintour on the front row at Carolina Herrera’s Spring/Summer 2012 show? Within mere minutes rumours began to circulate that Nicki would cover an upcoming issue of Vogue, as Anna has a habit of sitting next to future cover-stars at New York Fashion Week. So watch out for David Beckham... But instead of the predicted cover Nicki has actually shot an editorial with Steven Klein for the March 2012 issue.
In the "True Colours" editorial Nicki is painted bright blue (of course), so somehow I don't think this shoot was inspired by what Nicki and Anna saw at Carolina Herrera's show. And I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see the rest of this spread!
